We would like to acknowledge the generous gift, by Babs Kimble, on behalf of her late husband Steve, of an extensive collection of railway books and videos. This collection has been established as a reference and lending library, in memory of Steve, for all members of Newbury Model Railway Club.

Many thanks to Richard Durham for his recent donation of track, points, point motors and buildings that will come in very useful in the construction of new layouts.

If you would like to make a donation of track / points (preferably nickel silver), point motors, rolling stock or anything that we might find useful in building new layouts, then please contact us.

Newbury Model Railway Club held an open day on Saturday, 5th August to which members of the general public were invited to come along and view the club's layouts.

Attendance was good with a steady stream of visitors throughout the day. Photographs of several of the layouts were taken and they can be viewed in the layouts section.
